Corcovado is often referred to as the most biologically intense place on Earth. The overnight tour is how you actually experience that — you sleep in the middle of the forest, hike at dawn and dusk when the big animals are on the trails, and see things you cannot see on a day trip.
What to bring
Hiking shoes, sandals for the boat, a towel for the shower, a change of clothes for day two, a lightweight long-sleeve shirt, shorts, sunblock, insect repellent, a flashlight, a reusable water bottle, and a photo of your passport on your phone.
Booking the park permits
Corcovado requires advance reservations, and the government manually reviews and approves each request before granting entry. Because availability depends on the park, instant online booking is not offered — we recommend booking early to secure your spot. We need your full name and passport number at booking.
