Look for our boat with the dolphin painted on both sides.
-
Out to sea
Sometimes we stay close to shore (especially during humpback season); other times we travel offshore to find mega pods of dolphins.
-
Snorkel stop
A stop to swim and snorkel en route.
-
Hydrophone drops
Mostly used during whale season and with big dolphin pods — listen in on what is actually happening underwater.
-
Return between 1:30 and 2:30 PM
Exact timing depends on what we find and the weather.
Wildlife you may see
- Humpback whales (seasonal, July–Nov and Jan–Mar)
- Five species of dolphins
- Sea turtles
- Manta rays
Humpbacks migrate to these waters from both hemispheres — southern and northern populations both pass through — which makes the Osa one of the longest humpback windows anywhere.
Good to know
Wear your swimsuit under your clothes before the boat — there is no bathroom on board. Groups of 8+ get group rates, ask when you book.
